We here at Axe Laboratories, consider our customers, our family.

Our intention and foundation that Axe Laboratories is and always be built on, is to help people.


In any case, there is something to go wrong, we are here to do exactly that.
Because we here, want you to be satisfied and continue your health journey with us, as we grow as a company and family.

Please contact us to info@axelaboratories.com to let us know, please include your order number and the reason as to why you would like a return/exchange, and include any necessary photo documentation if applicable.

If you have received a damaged or faulty product from Axe Laboratories, please do not dispose of them. If it's possible, take a photo and attached to your direct email to info@axelaboratories.com along with the original order number, so we can resolve this issue.

Once approved, we will then resend product or issue refund, dependent on the customers preference.

Once we receive your items we will issue a refund in the form of a credit in the same form in which you paid for your order, via CREDIT CARD, PAYPAL or AFTERPAY.

We do not offer exchange or fund for change of mind, due to COVID we cannot re handle products that have left our sterile environment.
