Please contact us to email@example.com to let us know that you'd like to return or exchange a product. Please include your order number and the reason as to why you would like a return/exchange, and include any necessary photo documentation if applicable.
We will accept returns on unopened products for up to 30 days after you have received them for a full refund of the original purchase price.
To receive refund, ALL items must be:
- Unopened within its original packaging - We will not, under any circumstances, accept any returns on already opened items.
- In as new condition
- Submit request with original order number
- Returned to us at your own expense
We do not accept returns for opened/used products if:
- you received what you ordered and simply changed your mind, or
- you misused the products in any way that caused the problem, or
- the product did not perform to your expectations
If you have received a damaged or faulty product from Axe Laboratories, please do not dispose of them. If it's possible, take a photo and attached to your direct email to firstname.lastname@example.org along with the original order number, so we can resolve this issue.
Once approved, we will then resend product or issue refund, dependent on the customers preference.
Once we receive your items we will issue a refund in the form of a credit in the same form in which you paid for your order, via CREDIT CARD, PAYPAL or AFTERPAY.
